The present Department is an evolution of the former Department of Logistics Management (the DLM, which offered a four – year Curriculum), expanding the hitherto offered research and educational work. The former DLM had only recently developed a high dynamic, as it ranked among the five Greek University Departments with the highest absorption in the labor market. Furthermore, the former Department of Logistics Management has been evaluated by external experts with positive results, through the procedures of the Hellenic Quality Assurance and Accreditation Agency (HQA) within Higher Education (February 2014).
